Bothell charities aim to win Chase Bank's support through community votes

September 11, 2012 · 2:19 PM

Chase Community Giving, a charity grant program that gives $5 million dollars annual to local charities across the country, is seeking votes from local residents to help decide which charities will share the grant money.

Participants need to go to the Chase Community Giving Facebook page, or if a Chase customer, go to www.chase.com/chasegiving, locate your favorite organization from the nominated organizations (searchable by name and by city or zip code) and cast votes.

Everyone automatically gets two votes to use on Facebook, with Chase customers getting two extra votes.

Voting ends Sept. 19, with the top 196 charities sharing in the $5 million charity pool.
