Local business receives Navigation Award

Rick and Marla Bailey, owners of the local Fish Window Cleaning, received the Navigator Award at the annual Fish Window Cleaning Convention in St. Louis, Mo. on Aug. 2.

They received the Navigator Award for their work with prospective franchisees.

The Baileys’ office provides service to commercial and residential customers in Bothell and Kirkland among other Eastside cities.

“It’s always such a pleasure talking with potential franchisees,” Rick Bailey said. “Marla and I can usually relate to the situation they find themselves in, and we are able to relay to them what it’s like opening a new chapter in one’s life. Fish Window Cleaning has been a great chapter for us.”

The Baileys opened their business in 2011

.“Our navigators share stories about their FISH experience and help prospects determine if FISH is the right fit for them,” said John English, Director of Franchise Development, Fish Window Cleaning. “They are vital to the growth of the Fish Window Cleaning franchise system.”
