Chateau Bothell Landing is the flagship for Chateau Retirement Communities. The facility sits on the banks of the Sammamish River, close to walking trails and Blythe Park, and has easy access to the urban center of Bothell. The addition of this building is the final piece to completing Chateau at Bothell Landing.

Partnering with a local architect firm, Freiheit and Ho Architects, this new multi-family building will result in an overall increase of apartments on this property from 185 units to 261. Designed to integrate with the existing buildings to create a comprehensive campus, the new building will consist of a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom condo units ranging in size from 415-1,140 square feet.

Modulating facades maximize the views of the surrounding park and riverfront from the street facing decks from residential units. Topping the addition is a new dining hall that will be a great new amenity to the community and provide sweeping views of the Sammamish River.

A groundbreaking for this project is slated for Summer 2014.
