The Washington State Department of Revenue (Revenue) will offer a free webinar for churches and other nonprofit organizations from 10-11 a.m. on Feb. 18. This webinar, geared to those new to the nonprofit industry, will address how eligible nonprofits can obtain and maintain a property tax exemption. Other topics geared to nonprofit organizations include the uses of property that may qualify for property tax exemption, how to apply for the exemption and opportunities for nonprofits to share the use of their exempt property with others.
