Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is bringing back a beer created last year in honor of the Seattle Seahawks.

The beer was originally named 12th Man Skittles IPA, but Foggy Noggin received a cease and desist order from Texas A&M University, who claimed they created the term “12th Man.” Foggy Noggin responded by changing the beer’s name to Cease & Desist IPA and the controversy was dropped.

Ingredients for the beer include Maris Otter malts, Skittles and Columbus hops.

This year, Foggy Noggin will have a limited number of 1/6BBL kegs on tap for each game. The next game it will be available is Sept. 21, when the Seahawks host the Broncos at 1 p.m.
