Dollinger to present her artwork at Bothell gallery

Renate Dollinger of Bothell will hold an art opening for her show "Stories of Shetls" at 3 p.m. March 10 at Kaewyn Gallery at FrameWright (10101 Main St., Bothell). Her show will run throughout March.

Dollinger, 88, was born Rose Renate Sandberger in Breig, a mountain village in Silesia, Germany. She grew up there and in Breslau, fleeing to England on the Kinder-Transport.

She paints mainly in oil, but has also done a considerable amount of work in watercolor, gouache and hand-tinted etchings. She is represented in many private collections throughout the country.
