Seattle Seahawks safety Chris Maragos and former Seahawks wide receiver Paul Johns, spoke with students at Bothell’s Westhill Elementary Tuesday morning during an assembly.

The Seattle NFL team also sent its mascot Blitz to entertain the kids.

Maragos and Johns talked to the kids about the importance of studying, good nutrition and sticking up for kids that are being bullied.
