It’s Kenmore Christmas time
December 1, 2008 · Updated 2:53 PM
The city of Kenmore invites residents and visitors to sleigh their way to the annual Kenmore Christmas tree-lighting ceremony from 6-7 p.m. Dec. 4 at Kenmore City Hall, 6700 N.E. 181st St.
The event is free.
Entertainment comes courtesy of local choirs. Residents can have their child’s photo taken with Santa, join in some holiday arts and crafts projects and partake of some cookies and hot chocolate. Santa will countdown to the lighting of the tree at 6:05 p.m.
Participants are invited to bring donations of non-perishable food items to benefit the local Hopelink food bank.
