Egg hunts set for bothell and Kenmore

Come rain or shine, Bothell and Kenmore residents can hop on over to annual spring egg hunts in their respective cities.
In Bothell, children can go on the lookout for hidden treasures 10 a.m. April 11 at the Doug Allen Sportsfields at 19417 88th Ave. N.E.
Co-sponsored by the city of Bothell Parks and Recreation Program and the Northshore YMCA, the hunt is for children from toddlers through sixth grade. Groups of egg hunters will be divided by age.

In Kenmore, the hunt will be on 10 a.m. to noon April 11 at Inglemoor High, 15500 Simonds Road N.E. Children 12 and under will divide into age groups and search for more than 5,000 eggs filled with candy and toys. Kids will also enjoy inflatable rides, arts and crafts and kids’ games.
Both the Bothell and Kenmore egg hunts are free, but visitors are encouraged to bring canned food to support the local Hopelink Food Bank. For more information on the Kenmore event, visit www.cityofkenmore.com/events or call (425) 398-8900.
