It's dog dress-up time for Kenmore Halloween costume contest

The city of Kenmore invites residents to enter their dogs in the Dog Halloween Costume Contest. Prizes provided by Maser’s Grooming & Pet Boutique and Bow Wow Fun Towne will be awarded for the best dog costumes.

How to enter:

• In person:

4-6 p.m. Oct. 30

Kenmore Senior Center, 6910 N.E. 170th St.

• Mail picture to:
