Holiday Events / Wine, entertainment on tap in Bothell Dec. 4

Vintage Bothell will offer wine tasting and holiday entertainment on Main Street in downtown Bothell from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 4.

Sponsored by the City of Bothell Visitor Development Program, the Bothell Arts Council, the Downtown Bothell Merchants Group and coordinated by the Woodinville Warehouse Wineries, the event will be held in conjunction with the annual Winterfest event.

Vintage Bothell features wine selections from five wineries and costs $5 per person. All proceeds from the event benefit the Bothell Arts Council.

Participants can enjoy 10, one-ounce wine pours and a wine glass to take home. Event tickets are limited to the first 300 buyers and can only be purchased with cash on the night of the event at its Main Street pouring locations, including: Barrage Cellars at Paul Richards Clothing, Des Voigne Cellars at Bothell Furniture, Red Sky Winery at Kaewyn Gallery, Covington Cellars at Three Cups of Tea and Northwest Cellars in the new Main Building Lobby.

Downtown businesses will celebrate through lively open houses during the event offering additional tastings, holiday sweets, treats and live music. Wine lovers and shoppers will enjoy talking with Santa and the music of 12 Dickens Carolers in full 19th-century costume.
