Kenmore Heritage Society presents 'The Future Remembered' on June 6

The Kenmore Heritage Society will present "The Future Remembered," a free theater performance celebrating the 50th anniversary of Seattle's 1962 World's Fair, at 7 p.m. June 6 at the Kenmore Community Club, 7304 N.E. 175th St.

Book-It Repertory Theatre of Seattle will be performing their adaptation of Paula Becker and Alan Stein's new book, "The Future Remembered" that recalls the formal and the funky, the weird and the wonderful event that put Seattle on the national map: the 1962 World's Fair. This 50-minute play is funded through 4 Culture. Cookies and coffee will be served.
