Bastyr University and its teaching clinic, Bastyr Center for Natural Health, are proud to present the next event in its “Living Naturally” 2013 series, Holistic Approaches to Managing Anxiety, from 6-7:30 p.m. on May 2. This event is free and open to the public.

Join Amy Davis, PsyD, BS (’05), clinical training director for the Bastyr University Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program, for a discussion on how to address anxiety through exercise, meditation, mindfulness and other natural ways.

The event will be held at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health on 3670 Stone Way N., Seattle WA 98103. Bastyr University is located in Kenmore.
