Sno-King Community Choral to perform at the Northshore Performing Arts Center

For its inaugural performance at Northshore Performing Arts Center, the 110-voice Sno-King Community Chorale will present a portion of its November 2013 classical concert at Benaroya Hall, which received a standing ovation.

For its inaugural performance at Northshore Performing Arts Center, the 110-voice Sno-King Community Chorale will present a portion of its November 2013 classical concert at Benaroya Hall, which received a standing ovation.

There will be two performances, 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., on March 22.

In addition to Gounod’s stirring St. Cecelia’s Mass, the chorale will perform works by John Rutter and several American gospel selections. Soloists include Melanie Hingson, Tom Hingson, Matt Richardson and Steve Hartley. The group is under the direction of Frank DeMiero.

Guest artist is the Cascade Youth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Gerry Jon Marsh.

Tickets are $20 for adults; $17 for seniors and students; $5 for children 12 and under, and groups of 10 or more seniors are $10 each and are available at brownpapertickets.com or by calling 425-530-8188.
