The second annual Little Steps Big Dreams 5 k fundraiser will take place on Saturday at Blyth Park in Bothell.

5k fundraiser for at-risk babies and moms this Saturday in Bothell

Step By Step will present the second annual 5k Little Steps Big Dreams fundraiser on Saturday morning at Blyth Park in Bothell. Take part in the 5k walk or run individually or as a team. Registration will begin at 8 a.m., with the walk starting at 8:45 a.m. and the run at 9:15 a.m.

The local organization is devoted to helping at-risk mothers and their babies. Individual donations are also accepted. The event’s goal is to raise $40,000 to support healthy moms, babies and families in the community.

Organizers are also seeking volunteers.

Blyth Park is located at 16950 W. Riverside Drive in Bothell and the walk and run will take place on the Burke-Gilman Trail.

Step By Step’s website states that it has served more than 6,500 families since 1997.
