Northshore Champions honored at tea party

April Carl (pictured at left) and Joseph Leonard (pictured in slideshow) received 2009 Northshore Champions certificates Wednesday from Northshore Family Center Program Manager Rachel Borella at a tea party in Bothell. Carl and Leonard are two of the center's dedicated volunteers. The Northshore Family Center is a Center for Human Services program.
