Billed as “Family Fun and Then Some,” Bothell’s 10th annual RiverFest end-of-summer celebration in downtown Bothell between Main and Northeast 185th streets featured a large inflatable play space for younger visitors, a car show, the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce Merchants Market, a pie-eating contest, other free entertainment and, of course, plenty to eat and drink.

In terms of entertainment, the Seattle Seahawk “Blue Thunder” drum line performed at noon, also at the intersection of 101st Avenue and Northeast 183rd. Billed as the ultimate ’80s concert experience, “That ’80s Show” gave a free performance at 1 p.m. in the police-department parking lot.
