Rollover accident shuts down I-405 lanes in Bothell

A two-vehicle, rollover accident caused Washington State Patrol troopers to close all southbound lanes on Interstate 405 near the State Route 527 exit in Bothell Wednesday evening.

According to trooper and public information officer Keith Leary, the accident occurred at about 4:30 p.m., and drivers were detoured onto 527 for about an hour until all lanes were cleared.

The two vehicles involved in the accident were a 2000 black Ford Lexus and a 2011 Lexus RX 350. One of the vehicles rolled over.

There were no serious injuries, Leary said.
