Northshore/North Bothell Little League wins District 8 title

The Northshore/North Bothell Little League Majors all-stars softball team won the District 8 title and qualified for state.

After defeating the Northwest/North Central/Queen Anne team, 8-6, on July 2 at Northshore Athletic Fields, the locals played at state, but lost their first two games and exited the tourney. At Everest Field in Kirkland on July 7-8, Mill Creek won, 12-0, and Auburn won, 19-6.
