The City of Kenmore hosted a community playground build on Oct. 20 at Rhododendron Park.
More than 20 adults and kids participated in building the last of three play areas in the park.
The city uses the Kaboom! community playground build model to save costs and to bring residents and city leaders together.
City staff at the playground build were Kenmore City Manager Rob Karlinsey, Mayor David Baker and Kenmore Parks Project Manager Bill Evans, among others.
All the photos taken of the event can be seen at the Kenmore Neighbors or Kenmore Playful City/Let's Move Facebook pages.
