November 6, 2012 · Updated 10:44 AM

The King County Elections Department is reminding voters that all ballots have to be postmarked or submitted at a ballot drop box by 8 p.m. tonight to be counted.

The county has placed ballot drop boxes or vans to collect ballots around the area. The closest locations for Bothell and Kenmore residents are:

Lake Forrest Park City Hall - 17425 Ballinger Way N.E.

Kirkland City Hall - 123 5th Avenue

Redmond City Hall - 15670 NE 85th Street

The Snohomish County Elections Department also has drop boxes with the closest to Bothell or Kenmore residents being at Lynnwood City Hall located at 19100 44th Ave. W.

A stamp is required if mailed, but not required if submitted by drop box or at a collection van.
