Kirkland Firefighters and Northshore Firefighters responded to provide assistance to this stuck motorist on Monday near the Kenmore and Kirkland border on Finn Hill.

Precipitation records fell throughout the Puget Sound on Monday during a heavy rain storm. Some weather agencies had the greater Seattle area getting more than two inches of rain.

The City of Bothell closed two roads in North Creek including 240th Street S.E. between 35th Ave. S.E. and Fitzgerald Road and 120th Ave. N.E. between 195th Street N.E. and North Creek Parkway North.
