The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force is searching for an armed fugitive who is wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in Everett in July.

Detectives obtained information on Timothy Lussier’s whereabouts and found him in the Clearview area today, where he eluded deputies. The task force later found him in the Kenmore area around 1 p.m. earlier today.

As deputies and officers approached Lussier, he fled in a stolen vehicle, which prompted a short pursuit southbound on 15th Avenue through Lake City.

The suspect then stopped the vehicle, a stolen van, in the Ravenna neighborhood at the corner of 21st Avenue and Northeast 61st Avenue, and fled on foot.

Officers from the Seattle Police Department joined the task force in the search. As of 4:15, the task force and Seattle Police Department were unable to locate Lussier.

Lussier is known to frequent Marysville and Gold Bar and is considered armed and dangerous. If the public knows where he is or sees him, you are asked to not confront him but call 911 immediately.

Tips from the public or information about the incident should be directed to the Sheriff’s Office Tip Line: 425-388-3845.
