The events involved creative thinking (switching a marimba to melody and a violin to harmony), perseverance (having 2 rubber bands and the rotor break during helicopter testing, which had to be repaired within their 8-minute testing window), new approaches (using an exercise band to power a wheeled vehicle) and mad dashes (a room with simple machines was moved to another floor and with only a few minutes to locate the room by searching for signs on every floor).
