Four individuals were arrested at Tracey Owens Park for consumption of alcohol in a public park and possession of fireworks in Kenmore. Each individual was charged for alcoholic beverages and possession of fireworks.
A suspect was sent to the hospital after drinking heavily, calling 911 and claiming to want to "end it all" at NE Bothell Way. He told officers that responded on the scene that he felt like hurting himself.
