Crews from Bothell Fire and E.M.S., Woodinville Fire & Rescue, Shoreline Fire Department, and Snohomish Fire District #7 responded to a structure fire at a Bothell home late afternoon on July 5.

The garage of the home, located at 21024 9th Ave SE, was on fire. The fire extended into the living area of a single story, single family residence.  Firefighters extinguished the flames quickly by entering the structure to take an offensive attack method. All occupants of the home evacuated safely by the time fire crews arrived to the scene.

The house suffered extensive damage to the entire structure. The fire has been investigated and was released as an accidental fire with unknown cause.
