Ray Allen lifts the cannon with one arm to the top of the 'Jolly Rodney,' a playground pirate ship that will open to the public at noon Nov. 15 at Bothell's Country Village, 23718 Seventh Ave. S.E. Over the last month, Allen joined the late Mike Benjamin and Rod Loveless in building the ship.
