The Reporter has investigated the legal histories of the candidates for Bothell City Council. Here is what the Reporter found while looking into the histories of candidates for position 2 and position 6, replacing Bill Evans and Mark Lamb, respectively.

Andy Rheaume – position 2

Rheaume has been to court during 2003, when the end of his first marriage got a bit heated. Other than the dissolution of marriage, Rheaume was in court once for a harassment order, however the judge filed a motion for the “Dismissal with Prejudice” and the case was dropped.

Maryanna Price – position 2

There is no criminal history for Maryanna Price in the Washington Courts system.

Rosalind “Roz” Gorc – position 2

According to public records, the only issue with the law has been as the defendant in a Thurston County Court case in 2014. It was her first and only speeding ticket.

Davina Duerr – position 6

A search of Washington Courts information did not return any results on Davina Duerr.

John Lee – position 6

A search of Washington Courts found more than 500 cases involving persons with the name of “John Lee”, as the name is very common.

According to Candidate Lee, he has not been on the defendant or the plaintiff of any court case.

Nadia Mustafa – position 6

As a landowner and property manager, Nadia Mustafa has gone to court over her tenants’ lack of rental payments. She has also had one speeding ticket.
