Bothell Toastmasters Club celebrates 13 years

Public Speaking Northwest, a Toastmasters International Club, has announced that May 17 will be an open house celebration. The club has been meeting for 13 years in the Bothell/North Creek community.

Public Speaking Northwest, a Toastmasters International Club, has announced that May 17 will be an open house celebration. The club has been meeting for 13 years in the Bothell/North Creek community.

This special meeting will feature top speakers and evaluators. There will be food and refreshments, as well. Past members and others interested in learning more about enhancing their communication and leadership skills are invited.

The meeting runs from noon until 1 p.m. at North Creek Office Center, 19119 North Creek Parkway, Suite 105 in Bothell.

Public Speaking Northwest is one of several Toastmaster International Clubs in the Canyon Park/North Creek area. The club was formed in 2003 and currently has 32 members who meet weekly in Bothell. The club is open to anyone interested in improving their speaking, presentation and leadership skills.

Toastmasters currently has more than 332,000 members in 135 countries. Public Speaking Northwest club is just one of the more than 15,400 clubs located around the world.
