March 15

Disturbance: 10:30 p.m., 18900 block of 68th Ave. NE. A couple got into an argument over their relationship ending and police had to be called.

March 17

Suspicious circumstances: 4 p.m., 18100 block of 68th Ave. NE. Possible fraud was reported to police.

Mental/emotional: 5:51 p.m., 18000 block of 83rd Ave. NE. A Kenmore woman was reported to have had a “psychotic episode” and damaged items in her boyfriend’s home. The woman was transported to EvergreenHealth hospital for evaluation.

March 19

Property found: 4:12 p.m., 6100 block of NE 175th St. A wallet was reportedly found in the parking lot and returned to the owner.

March 20

Death investigation: 8:17 a.m., 17800 block of 80th Ave. NE. A 65-year-old woman was found dead with the front door of the residence open 1-2 inches. The woman was found on the second floor. The death was unexpected and being investigated.

Vandalism: 8:18 a.m., 6100 block of NE 175th St. A City of Kenmore employee reported graffiti found on the Burke-Gilman Trail prior to cleaning it up. The damage was under $1,500.

Vandalism: 1:42 p.m., 19100 block of 71st Ave. NE. A school employee reported graffiti that happened over the weekend. The damage was under $1,500.

Business license: 5:17 p.m., 8400 block of NE 170th. A person was contacted for attempting to sell door-to-door without a business license.

Controlled substance: 6:06 p.m., 7200 block of NE Bothell Way. A man was contacted after police received reports of him blocking traffic with his car on Bothell Way. Upon contact, deputies found heroin on the man, and he was arrested.

March 21

Controlled substance: 12:55 a.m., NE 150th St. and 80th Ave. NE. A suspicious truck was reported to police in the neighborhood with a bunch of items in the back associated with a male occupant. Upon contact, the driver was found to have baggies of meth. He was arrested.

Suspicious circumstance: 12:58 a.m., 6500 block of NE 182nd St. A mother reported that there were suspicious people who visited her daughter just before her overdose. This information was reported in connection with an on-going investigation.

Larceny: 7:02 p.m., 18000 block of 68th Ave. NE. A person was arrested for attempting to steal prescription medication from Rite Aid.

Obstructing an officer: 10:22 p.m., 7600 block of NE Bothell Way. A person was pulled over by deputies for driving with expired license tabs. During the stop, the individual was found to be driving with a suspended license and making false statements to deputies. The person was then transferred to King County Jail, where it was found that they swallowed a bag of heroin.

March 22

Larceny: 9:05 a.m., 18900 block of 68th Ave. NE. Deputies received a report of a car being broken into and SCUBA gear being stolen.

Drunkenness: 7:53 p.m., 7300 block of NE Bothell Way. A transient man refused to exit a bus on its last stop in Kenmore. It was found that he was intoxicated and transported to hospital for detox.

March 23

Disorderly conduct: 8:39 p.m., 7000 block of NE 175th Street. A man became highly agitated when confronted during an investigation. He was found to be heavily intoxicated and continually stating he was being harassed.

March 24

Assault: 2:17 a.m., 6700 block of NE 182nd St. Deputies received a report that a woman was heavily intoxicated and kicked her mother and brother. The woman fled the scene and a K9 was unable to track her. The woman was charged in association with the investigation.

Robbery: 8:27 a.m., Log Boom Park in Kenmore. Deputies received a call that a man was robbed at Log Boom Park by a man with a baseball bat. The suspect fled in a car.

Car theft: 2 p.m., 15500 block of 61st Ave. NE. A person allegedly entered a residence illegally in Kenmore and took the homeowner’s car keys. The suspect then stole the car and was later stopped for DUI in Kirkland and arrested.

March 26

Threats: 1:44 p.m., 7600 block of NE Bothell Way. A female reported that she was assaulted by her boyfriend of three weeks around 2 a.m. on March 26. The woman then armed herself with two knives and left the apartment in the morning.
