Six Oaks Apartment sells for $63 million, buyers not disclosed

MainStreet Property Group which sold the property also broke ground on the LINQ residential and retail location in downtown Kenmore earlier this month.

Six Oaks Apartments and retail locations in downtown Bothell were sold for $63 million to unspecified buyers.

It contains more than 200 apartments and more than 9,000 square feet of retail space.
