Northshore Little League fastpitch All-Stars win District 8 tourney

The Northshore Little League fastpitch All-Star team beat North King County 31-5 on July 8 to win the District 8 title. The Northshore All-Stars team, consisting of 10 and 11 year-old players from the Northshore, North Bothell and North Lake Little League programs, won the District 8 Fastpitch Championship against the North King County All-Stars by a score of 31-5 in Ballard on July 8.

With the win, the girls will move on to the state tournament, which gets underway July 16th in Sea-Tac.

The All-Star team represents girls from Arrowhead, Canyon Creek, Fernwood, Lockwood, Frank Love and Westhill elementary schools from the Northshore School District.
