Bothell edges Redmond in boys tennis | Prep tennis

The Cougars showed their depth and strength in doubles play against Redmond on Thursday, as they narrowly won the meet 4-3.
In doubles action, Nevin Kalaf and Ray Lee of Bothell beat Adars Karnati and Aaron Ong, 6-1, 7-6(3) to take the No. 1-seed match.
The Cougars also took the No. 2 match, as Jakob Warner and Kevin Sim beat Ak Vagaraju and Charlie Um in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1.
In singles play, No. 2 seeded Daniel Frederickson of Bothell earned a win against Sohan Dhurap, 6-2, 6-7(4), 6-4, while teammate Jordan Huffaker beat Andrew Li, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3 at No. 4.
