Bothell falls to Redmond despite first-half lead | Prep girls soccer

The Bothell High School girls soccer team lost to Redmond Tuesday at home, 3-1, despite holding the lead at halftime in the KingCo 4A matchup.
The Cougars' lone goal came during the 25th minute of play, as Samantha Scuderi sent a shot to the back of the Mustang net.
Redmond came storming back during the second half, tying the game during the 60th minute and then taking the lead five minutes later. The Mustangs would add another goal during the 70th minute.
The loss drops the Cougars to 1-5-0 in league play and 4-7-0 overall.
