Bothell sweeps Eastlake | Prep volleyball

The Cougar volleyball team earned a sweep against 4A KingCo rival Eastlake Thursday night in Bothell, 3-0.

Bothell won the first game 25-18 and followed it up with a dominant 25-16 win. The Cougars put the Wolves away with a 25-20 third-game victory.

Bothell was led by Meagan Rourke with 15 kills. Teammates Molly Rigdon had 30 assists, Katie Arneson had 10 kills, while Lexie Bedell had seven kills and seven aces.

The win improves the Cougars’ record to 2-4-0 in league play and
