Inglemoor takes sixth, Burke second overall at KingCo meet | Prep girls cross country

The Inglemoor High School girls cross country team finished sixth (151) during the 4A KingCo meet at Lincoln Park in West Seattle. Bothell finished tied for ninth (187).

The Vikings had three girls in the top 25. Kyra Burke was second, finishing in 18 minutes, 27 seconds, Amber Rose was ninth in 19:09, and Katie Diekema was 25th in 19:51. Other members of the qualifying team are Megan McGrath, Emily Rauch , Casie Moe, and Anna Richards.

Bothell’s Stephanie Spencer finished 11th overall with a time of 19:14, while teammate April Sablan finished 23rd (19:47.3). The Cougars' Molly Hguyen finished 33rd with a time of 20:05. Other qualifying runners for Bothell include Heather Zamudio, Sarah Sharp, Margaret Deleon and Laura Olson.
