Cedar Park loses to Chief Sealth by one point during semifinal game | Prep girls basketball

The Cedar Park Christian girls basketball team lost to Chief Sealth 55-54 Friday night during the semifinals of the King’s Gift of Life Tournament at King’s High School.

The team took a 10-point lead into the fourth quarter before being outscored 22-11.

Cedar Park dominated the first three quarters including a 31-27 halftime lead and doubling up Chief Sealth 12-6.

The Eagle’s Laura Goodnight followed up a 27-point performance on Thursday night with a 28-point performance on Friday. Madison Parmenter scored nine points for the team from Bothell.
