The fourth quarter of the game between the Inglemoor boys basketball team and Bear Creek seemed more like a Viking track meet during its 79-45 win. The victory came on the final day of the Bellevue College Holiday Tournament Saturday.
Inglemoor used a 37-point fourth quarter outburst to rout Bear Creek.
The teams were tied 33-33 at halftime after Bear Creek took charge with a 22-14 first-quarter advantage and then Inglemoor charged back with a 19-11 second-quarter run.
Both teams struggled during the third quarter, only putting single digits on the scoreboard.
Inglemoor was led by Colin Portugal, who finished with 20 points, leading all scorers. But the Viking offense was balanced as both Chris Bryant and Trey Miller scored 13 each.
