Cedar Park holds Chimacum to eight second-half points in victory | Prep girls basketball

The Cedar Park Christian girls basketball team held Chimacum to just eight second-half points Tuesday night to earn a 57-24 victory.

The Eagles defense was relentless during the second half, allowing just four points in each of the final two quarters of play.

The second quarter was not much better for Chimacum, scoring just five points.

Cedar Park led at the half 30-16.

Laura Goodnight (20 points) and Madison Pamenter (19) continue to lead the Eagles on offense this season.

The win lifts Cedar Park to a 2-5 record in league play and 4-7 overall.
