Bothell gives up 47 first-half points in loss | Prep girls basketball

The Bothell High School girls basketball team trailed by 32 at halftime to Woodinville and never recovered. The Cougars eventually lost the game 71-33.

The first half was a nightmare for Bothell on defense, giving up 47 first-half points.

The Cougars kept pace during the second half, despite scoring just three points during the fourth quarter.

Jessica Howe led the Cougars with 10 points, as the team fell to 1-7 in league play and 3-11 overall.
