Bothell’s Zach LaVine led the high school basketball team past Wodinville with a season high 37 points Friday night. The Cougars beat Woodinville 73-46 to stay undefeated.

LaVine and the Cougars struggled on offense during the first quarter, leading just 10-4 heading into the second. But the team’s offense exploded during the second period for a 28-6 run.

Woodinville kept pace during the second half but never recovered enough to eat into the lead.

Bothell’s Perrion Callendret scored 18 points during the contest.
