Dominant first half keeps Cedar Park perfect | Prep boys basketball

A dominant first half by Cedar Park Christian gave their opponents no chance of beating the undefeated Eagles in Bellevue.

The Bothell squad held a 38-13 halftime lead, cruising to the 66-42 victory against Bellevue Christian.

Bellevue only made headway during the fourth quarter as they outscored the Eagles, 19-15.

Cedar Park was led by four players in double figures, including Luke Sauferer (18 points), Anthony Almeida (14 points), Evan Scholten (11 points) and Isaiah Penchion (10 points).

The victory leaves the Eagles with an 11-0 in-league record and 15-0 overall.
