Bothell comes up short in comeback | Prep baseball

The Bothell High School baseball team fell behind early to Woodinville and could not complete the omeback, losing 5-2 on Wednesday at home.

Woodinville scored three runs during the top of the third inning and then added a fourth run during the fifth inning as the Cougars committed four errors.

Bothell finally broke the shutout during the bottom of the sixth inning but gave the run right back during the top of the seventh.

Travis Dohr took the loss for the Cougars but did not give up an earned run in four innings, while striking out four and walking five batters.
