Eagles beat Bellevue Christian in defensive struggle | Prep girls basketball

The Cedar Park Christian girls basketball team narrowly defeated Bellevue Christian Friday 31-30 during a defensive struggle in Bothell.

The teams played to a stalemate during every quarter except the first. The home team finished the first eight minutes of play with a 10-9 advantage. Bellevue never finished another quarter with the lead. Both team managed to combine for just four second-quarter points.

Laura Goodnight led the Eagles with 13 points.
