Inglemoor uses big second half to beat Garfield | Prep girls basketball

The Inglemoor High School girls basketball team used a big second half to beat Garfield Wednesday in Kenmore.

The Vikings ran out to a 12-4 first-quarter lead but the Bulldogs managed to keep pace through halftime. But the 25-16 lead turned into an insurmountable advantage during the second half, as Inglemoor outscored its opponents 46-16.

The Vikings were led by Deja Strother with 18 points, while teammates Alex Hagen and Brooklyn Walker finished with 12 points each.
