Bothell second, Inglemoor seventh at league meet | Prep gymnastics

The Bothell High School gymnastics team will advance to districts thanks to a strong performance Saturday in Woodinivlle at the 4A KingCo meet.

The Cougars finished second overall with a team score of 174.375 points, while Ingelmoor was seventh overall with a team score of 152.05 out of 11 teams.

Julia Winters of Bothell finished fourth on vault with a score of 9.3, while teammates Erika Meyer finished fifth (9.2) and Jade Sitzmann finished eight (8.95).

Marquesa Dixon of Bothell finished seventh overall on floor exercise with a score 9.225, while Sitzmann was ninth with 9.15.

Meyer scored 8.45 on bars to finish 10th overall.
