Inglemoor crushes Skyline to start KingCo tournament | Prep girls basketball

The Inglemoor High School girls basketball team crushed Skyline, 62-28, to start the 4A KingCo tournament Wednesday in Kenmore.

Inglemoor began the game with a 13-4 run during the first quarter and never looked back. The Vikings outscored the Spartans 42-17 during the second half.

Inglemoor was led by Deja Strother with 16 points but it was how they shared the ball that won the game, as 10 players scored during the contest.

With the win, Inglemoor advanced to the second round and will play the winner of Woodinville and Issaquah at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at Juanita High School.
