Bothell doubles up Monroe | Prep baseball

The Bothell High School baseball team doubled up Monroe Thursday night, 4-2 at Marshall Field.

Bothell took a 1-0 lead during the top of the first but Monroe struck back with two run during its first at-bat.

The Cougars took the lead during the top of the sixth with two runs and added their fourth and final score during the top of the seventh inning.

Peyton Cordova-Smith belted a home run during the game for Bothell, as Brandon Lane earned the win from the mound.
