Errors cost Bothell against Juanita | Prep girls softball

The Bothell High School girls softball team lost to Juanita Wednesday, 3-2, in Bothell.

The two teams combined for four errors during the game but the mistakes cost Juanita the most, as only one earned run crossed the plate for the Cougars.

Bothell pitchers Janell Martin and Julia Warner combined for seven innings, giving up seven hits and just one earned run. Martin took the loss. Bothell hitter Olivia Aasen drive home the team's only earned run.

Juanita's Lisa Nelson pitched a complete game, giving up just one earned run while striking out seven hitters.

The Rebels were led by Morgan Figueroa, 2-for-3, Madi Hedlund,  2-for-3 with an RBI, and Brynn Radke  1-for-4 with 2 RBI.
