Brown's two home runs fuel Inglemoor win | Prep girls softball

The Inglemoor High School girls softball team destroyed Roosevelt 17-1 Thursday at home.

The Vikings offense was unrelenting during the first two innings, scoring all 17 runs. Laura Brown hit two home runs and was 3-for-4 for Inglemoor, while Ashley Gregory and Talia Starr both collected two hits.

McKenzie Dekay picked up the win for the Vikings during the mercy-rule shortened game. DeKay threw five innings, gave up one unearned run and struck out five batters.
